You got that right. They opened the new Terminal 5 yesterday, is for British Airways only flights and they made a complete balls of it. Lots of flights to up here in Glasgow, and to Edinburgh and Aberdeen were cancelled.
Couldnt run a **** up in a brewery lol

dear god you couldn't be more right. i have to travel to london with some regularity for my job and i can honestly attest that i hate that place. ive been in a lot of airports in my day.... but for the love of christ you would think that such a major hub of international travel would have their act together.

Yep, totally. Thing that really ticked us off last year was when we were flying to LAX, we had to fly down to Heathrow, then our flight out to LA took us all the way back up the UK, over Glasgow and out over the Atlantic. Was a total waste of a morning

When I flew in there they told me I had to go through customs there....when I knew I didnt have to go through customs till I got to Glasgow....so it turn made me miss my flight to Glasgow...I was ****ed!!!! So I had to sit there another 4 freaking hours to wait for another flight!!! I was starving by then!!! Needed a smoke...and a drink to boot!!!!!

LOL when we flew back, our flight was delayed, and we missed our connection to Glasgow. Got the next one up, and by the time we got in, customs had gone home for the evening....if only I had known that before ..we collected our bags from baggage claim, and walked right out of the airport. Which when you think that this was just after the terror attack, it doesnt look very good does it?
