Yes, i really agree that now a days women are totally compatible with men and whether its related jobs any other matter but in some cases the women can't compatible with men......
I'm unware of any women that can compete with men at a high level.

Physically, I think men are genitically stronger than women. Personally, I have no desire to pit myself physically against a man, (mentally, well that's a whole different matter). But for those women who are up for the physical challenge, I say Go For It and they should be given the opportunity.
